How much will my repair cost?
It depends on the device, the model and what’s wrong, so we price each repair individually. Send us the details through the quote form or call 07851 558081 and we’ll give you a price before any work starts.
Which devices do you repair?
Mobile phones including iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and other Android phones, iPads and other tablets, laptops and netbooks, and desktop PCs, both home-built and name brand.
My model isn’t mentioned on the website. Can you still help?
Very likely. Rather than list every model, the website covers the main types of repair. Get in touch with the make and model and we’ll let you know.
Can I send a photo of the damage?
Yes. The quote form lets you upload a photo, which helps us understand the problem and quote more accurately.
Parts and warranty
What parts do you use?
We use original parts to repair your device wherever possible. When that isn’t physically possible, we take care to use quality approved parts so your repair is to a high standard.
Is my repair covered by a warranty?
Yes. Repairs come with a three-month warranty at no extra charge. If you have any concerns about a repair, get in touch.
Repair times
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the repair and whether a part needs to be ordered. We’ll give you an idea of timing when we quote.
Your data
Will I lose my photos and data?
Most hardware repairs, such as screen or battery replacements, don’t involve your data. No repair is entirely without risk, though, so please back up your device first if it still works.
Should I remove my SIM and memory cards?
It’s a good idea to remove SIM and memory cards before handing over a phone or tablet, unless we ask you to leave them in for testing.
